You can reschedule or cancel before two weeks of your booking appointment. If it’s within two weeks you have to contact us to reschedule and a booking credit will be given. No refunds will be issued within that two week time period.
Deposit are transferable if noticed in advanced.
Retainers are not refundable- they can be transferable if noticed in advanced.
